Meet Tara

Sometimes good things happen when you're not looking! While Tara was in search of a position she thought would best match her skillset and interest, Peace of Mind crafted a position to make sure Tara was placed in into a fulfilling job for her. While we weren't on the hunt for an office assistant, we met Tara and knew she was the perfect fit.

Our philosophy at Peace of Mind is to always looking for what's possible without forcing anything. In this case, it was right person right time.

Tara's 2 Year Update

"Well after more than 2 years with Peace of Mind I've gained significant knowledge and experience as a receptionist. After those years I've been promoted as the creator of the newsletter & I was able to put in there of my own experience from my SAM workshop that I've taught back in November of 2025. I am also the creator of the slideshow for the tv up front making it more fun & eye drawing to our audience.

As of right now I'm learning more about AI let alone trying to use it more in the newsletter format to make it more professional and clean-cut. Besides being witty while greeting others upfront, I remain professional & productive in a timely manner. It's not just about sitting; I'm also on my toes, helping out where needed, often beyond the ARMHS team's immediate requirements & providing feedback on how clients are enjoying themselves at the events when they are at the office.

So there's no rest for this witty receptionist. It's always on the go GO!!"
